Davis and Rachael were married in 1986, and God has blessed them with seven children and one grandchild; so far, five children have graduated from their home school. They live in Waxhaw, North Carolina, where they enjoy the homeschooling adventure of a lifetime, complete with roller-coaster twists and turns and the occasional lazy river ride. Davis is an international speaker and advocate for home education; he has a degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree from Purdue University.
