Human Body System Unit
There are six reading comprehension lessons in this unit, all based on human body systems. Each lesson will have a short, informative text followed by comprehension questions based on what was read. It is suggested that a parent/teacher read the selection and ask the questions orally, answers can be given orally or written on notebook paper.
The Human Body Systems Reading Comprehension Science Unit is intended to be a supplement to your study of the human body and geared for grades 4-8. You will find answer keys in the index for each lesson.

Meal Plan for Busy Moms
I really struggle with meal planning. I’ve tried all sorts of programs and I haven’t been able to stick with just one.
I needed some quick go-to ideas for the 3 meals of the day.
So I came up with this checklist, with links to the recipes included, to keep on my desktop when I do my meal planning every Friday night. I simply pick a few of the breakfast items and dinner items on the list and know exactly what is for breakfast, lunch and dinner each week.
One thing all my kids have in common is their love for lunchables (yuck!) Of course, that is probably the most unhealthy thing they can eat, so I included homemade lunchables on the Meal Planning for Busy Moms printable.
I hope this helps you streamline some of the hassle of meal planning for your family as well.
As a bonus, when you download the Meal Planning for Busy Moms printable, you also get access to The Mom Vault which includes all the free printables, ebooks, and ecourses offered at OrganizedHomeSchool.com!
