What Will Your Legacy Be? Reflections of a Homeschooled, Homeschooling Mama
Covered in This Session:
- Evaluating your homeschooling success with the right measuring stick
- How to assess time in light of eternal priorities
- Leaving a legacy that matters in God’s view
Ruth Adams is a homeschooled, homeschooling mama — home-educated herself in the 1970s and 1980s and now homeschooling her own seven children, she seeks to pass on the legacy of faith her parents imparted to her. She has an almost forty year perspective on the homeschooling movement and encourages parents to reach the hearts of their children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She offers warnings against falling into ditches along the way, while exhorting parents to take a biblically-balanced approach to raising their children for the glory of God. Ruth understands the challenges and joys of being a homeschooling mama and loves mentoring other mothers who desire to disciple the hearts of their children for Christ.
