Dave Tucker, a veteran in IT services since 1987, pioneered his own software to streamline company operations, expanding his company, CLIP Software, to over 18,000 users globally before selling it in 2020. In addition to CLIP, Dave has started and run 5 other businesses, eventually retiring in 2023 to focus on mentoring and teaching. An accomplished international speaker, he emphasizes ethical business practices rooted in biblical principles, and is personally motivated to, “help others attain success in their companies and gain time to be with their loved ones.” Dave has been married for 43 years, has 5 children and 9 grandchildren. He is the author of two books: Lawn Maintenance and the Beautiful Business and Piecework and the Beautiful Business.
Chad Roach was homeschooled in Colorado his entire life and feels overwhelmingly blessed by the strong foundation his parents and mentors gave him early in life. He is passionate about encouraging and supporting families in discipling their children in the Christian faith. Graduating at age 16, Chad went on to pursue legal education and started several businesses. Now in his 30s, he owns numerous companies in the investment, financial, and real estate industries. Chad is married to his beautiful wife Becky — another homeschool graduate — and together they have 5 children.
